Our Compliance Department ensures you meet all of the obligations mandated by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) in a timely manner. We comply with performing Category 1 and 5 safety test and filing of the test report (ELV3). In case there are violations we immediately correct the condition and file the affirmation of correction (ELV29). We are your advocate for a clean block and lot, violation free and a device that is certified as safe and current with meeting the requirements of the AHJ Safety Code. We also help adjudicate special problems with our legal team relating to imposed penalties and DOB NOW data mistakes
